It has been absolutely miserably cold here, but I do have hope that Spring is just around the corner. Now is such a good time to start planning your Spring/Summer décor. Once the weather breaks we won't want to be inside decorating or online shopping! 

You don't have to do a total overhaul on your house for every season. There are small changes you can make to freshen things up that will make a big difference!

My absolute favorite way to make things fresh for not much money is to buy a new house plant. I am all about faux flowers and plants, but adding the real thing makes your home so much more inviting and it gives a feeling of life.

Another super easy change is swapping out throw pillows. Buy pillow inserts so you can just change the covers and that way you don't have to designate an entire room in your house for pillow storage...
Tip: Buy inserts that are a little bigger than your cover so you get a nice full look.

I love a good throw blanket! even in the summer it still makes your home feel cozy. I just swap my warmer blankets for a lighter weight material.
