I recently started using Young Living essential oils and I absolutely love them! I really wasn't planning to love oils, but an amazing friend brought me a kit to borrow when I was sick. I had some nasty flu/respiratory/death virus going on! It felt as awful as it sounds. After setting up the diffuser with what she recommended, putting a drop of oil on my chest, and using the roller she made me on my feet before bed I woke up feeling sooo much better and I slept so good! I knew from that point on that the starter kit would be worth buying even if I only used it during cold & flu season!

Some people are apprehensive to try essential oils because the amount of information can be overwhelming but really, it can be as simple as you want it to be. The best way to get your feet wet is to order a starter kit. It is so imperative that you buy 100% pure therapeutic-grade oils. You get what you pay for! The Young Living starter kit comes with the perfect variety of oils, a diffuser, and lots of other goodies!
Here are a few photos to show you what the premium starter kits look like. You have a few different diffusers to choose from and all of them are beautiful!

If you are already an oil lover, below are some things that you might want! If you decide to order your starter kit this post will be a great resource for you. You will want to get some of these must haves to make the most of your kit!!
These glass cleaning bottles are a must have for the Thieves household cleaner.  Don't they look so much prettier than a clorox bottle!? The thieves cleaner is so so good! It smells amazing and I love that I'm not spraying chemicals all over my home now.
I don't know why, but I have a thing for all sorts of drinking cups. My husband cracks up because I can't go to target without coming home without a new one. Believe me when I say that this glass sipper
is my current favorite! You want to use glass if your putting essential oil in your drink because the oil is so powerful it can actually break down the plastic.  At this point I am not super knowlegable about ingesting oils, but I do like to put a couple of drops of citrus fresh vitality or lemon vitality in my water or tea. I am always amazed at how I can still taste the citrus even after I refill my water. It's best to start with less and go from there.
Roller bottles are a MUST and provide so many fun ways to use your starter kit!
So far we have made one for car sickness, bedtime, and one to give a little energy boost.
I like to call it sunshine in a bottle! LOL
If you should decide to sign up under me I will send you some fun roller bottle recipes along with Vinyl labels to stick on your bottles as a thank you. :)
Another fun way to use your oils is to make a room spray or a linen spray. I can promise, you won't regret climbing into a bed freshly misted with Lavender. Never ever did I know lavender was so wonderful. I guess I always thought it smelled like the  artificial scents I smelled in candles or lotions. Seriously... gag.  I can't handle that, but if you never buy anything else, buy Lavender from young living. It's something to be experienced!!! LOL
*Bonus... Pair that in the diffuser with your stress away oil that also comes in the starter kit before bed and thank me later!!
These amber glass spray bottles are perfect for making a little collection of linen & room refreshing sprays.
Now... I do not want to overwhelm you, but these amber jars are also a must if your interested in making your own body butter infused with your favorite oils. I found the easiest recipe ever for a shea butter lotion when Bentley was a baby. He has super sensitive skin and this stuff was a God send! Again, when you order your kit through me You will receive recipes! I don't want you ordering a kit and having no idea what to do with it!
Supplies for lotion, roller bottles, and room spray
witch hazel for your room spray
Fractionated coconut oil You will need to use what is called a carrier oil when you make roller bottles.
Last but not least! Here are a couple of diffuser options. You will get one with your starter kit and if you don't want to splurge for the Aria this diffuser is an awesome dupe!
This diffuser is another one that I love! I have one of these in each of our bedrooms. My kids love the light options and I love that it also acts as a humidifier.
I hope this post was helpful to you! 💕
